Use this 45 minute Interval Training Mix to increase your speed. Start with a 10 minute jog to warm up, then increase your speed to 5k pace for 2 minute intervals with 3 minute rest breaks. A total of 5 intervals with a 10 minute cool down to finish the run. DJ Stacie B provides an upbeat mix of pop's hits.
